At the THRIVE ’10 ORLANDO event, Founder Kent Wood announced four new annual honors that XANGO would begin bestowing in 2011 for those who excel in a few vital facets of Distributorship. Read below for all you need to know about the XANGO hardware!

While Distributor of the Year is determined by existing hard data, the other three awards are more subjective, so we need your help. We’re accepting your nominations of those in the XANGO Nation you think set the standard in each of these three categories.

When you click each link, you’ll find instructions explaining how to nominate a person for that award. Basically, you’ll say who you think is best and make us believe you with heartfelt and specific stories about the person, lessons they’ve taught you, photos of them in action, legendary songs written in their honor, city keys given to them by the mayor… anything you’ve got! We added a section where you can upload various types of media (images, video, etc.) so make your case in living color!

(Feel free to stray from the provided questions or skip some if you want. Just make your nominee look as good as they really are!)

Nomination period is now closed.

XANGO GOODNESS FOUNDATION HUMANITARIAN AWARD

This award goes to the biggest heart in XANGO Nation. Without regard to rank, the Humanitarian Award finds the XANGO Distributor who has given most freely of their time, thought, money, energy and—most importantly—self. The winner of this award typifies the XANGO Goodness Foundation’s mission to improve the lives of the underprivileged, underfed and undervalued of the world.

  • Name the humanitarian effort (or efforts) that this person has contributed to. Include local and global, large and small contributions.
  • What valuable thing(s) do they sacrifice for other people’s well-being? (Think time, money, energy, a particular skill they have...)
  • What cause or underprivileged group is closest to this Distributor’s heart? Do they fight for a cure to breast cancer? Work to feed hungry children? Assist refugees?
  • What changes have you seen come about because of this person’s effort?
  • How does this person inspire those around them to help in ways they might not otherwise?
  • How has this person made serving others an authentic part of his or her life rather than something done for praise?
  • Describe a specific time this person made a difference in someone’s life.
  • Attach any photos or other media that help make your case.

  • What is the most unique way this person shows their love for XANGO?
  • How do outsiders first learn this person is a part of XANGO? How long does it take them to find out?
  • How does this person instill XANGO’s corporate ideals in others?
  • List the articles of clothing, pieces of jewelry, bumper stickers, and other brand pieces you’ve seen on or around this person that show their XANGO pride.
  • How have you seen this person work to better embody XANGO values in their life? What goals have they set to be more XANGO-unified?
  • Attach any photos or other media that help make your case.

  • How does this person strive for physical wellness?
  • What extraordinary actions has this Distributor performed to help his or her downline?
  • In what ways does this person do more than is expected, be better than is ordinary and go beyond what is expected?
  • Give us a list of hobbies, interests, topics of study and good habits this person has that round out his or her life. Say a word or two about each.
